Terms of Service

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, regardless of where you live or access the site from.

By using this site or purchasing a design, you agree that US law applies to these Terms and to your purchase, and that it overrides the laws of your own country to the maximum extent permitted. Completing a purchase constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

Elevated Affairs™ sells event design deliverables: written plans, palettes, tablescape and decor direction, environment and lighting guidance, floor plan zones, shopping lists, timelines and, on paid packages, generated pictures of your event. Packages are described on the home page, and what is included is what is listed there.

Designs are produced instantly after checkout, so all purchases are final and non-refundable. Your package includes its stated number of refinement rounds so the design can be adjusted to your taste. If something did not generate correctly, email us at support@elevatedaffairs.app and we will make it right.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your design and its pictures for your own event: planning it, sharing it with your guests, vendors and helpers, and printing it for personal use.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the designs, pictures, plan text or any other deliverable as a product or service of your own, and you may not use them to train or build a competing design service. Elevated Affairs™ retains ownership of its concepts, prompts, templates, brand and site content.

Photos of your space and the details you provide are used only to personalise your design. They are stored privately and are not shared publicly. You confirm you have the right to upload any photo you provide.

Accounts are for genuine event planning. Automated scraping, bulk or scripted generation, reverse engineering, and attempts to copy the service are not permitted. Free concept previews are limited to 5 in total per network, and accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.

Designs are creative guidance. You remain responsible for safety, permissions, landlord or venue rules, budgets, vendor contracts and anything physically installed at your event. Estimates in shopping lists are approximate and prices vary by location.
