Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address and password when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

Event details: what you tell us in the studio or an inquiry form - the occasion, guest count, budget, location, event date, room dimensions and your description of the feeling you want the event to have.

Photos of your space: up to five photos you upload so your design can be personalised to your actual room.

Inquiry details: the name, email and message you send through an inquiry form, even if you never create an account.

Payment records: the amount, date and payment reference for your orders. Card details are never seen or stored by us - they go directly to Stripe.

Usage and support records: which designs belong to your account, the conversations you have with the in-app help assistant, and basic technical records used to keep the service fair and prevent abuse (such as a count of free concept previews generated from your network).

Your event details and space photos are used only to create and refine your design. Your name and email are used to identify your account, deliver purchases and receipts, and answer your messages. Payment records are used to grant access to what you bought and to handle refunds you request from us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your space photos or event details for advertising or to train models for anyone else.

Designs are generated automatically. To do that, the event details and photos you provide are sent to AI services acting on our behalf, together with the instructions that shape your design. Generation happens on our servers, never in your browser. The pictures and plan text produced for you are saved to your account so you can view, refine and download them.

Your designs, space photos and account details are stored privately on our hosting platform. Only you can open your designs - each request is checked against your signed-in account. Space photos are served through short-lived private links that expire, and photos are never displayed publicly or shared with other users.

A limited number of people working for Elevated Affairs™ can view account and design information from the business dashboard, solely to support you, fulfil orders and handle refunds.

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection; we receive only the payment reference, amount and status. Stripe handles your card information under its own privacy policy. To start a checkout or a refund we share the minimum needed: your email and the order amount.

We send transactional emails about your account and orders: confirmations, receipts, password resets and email changes. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

The site uses essential cookies and browser storage only: to keep you signed in, remember a purchase in progress until you finish checking out, and remember basic preferences. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.

Your designs and account details are kept while your account is open so you can return to them. Inquiry messages are kept while they are still useful for answering you. Payment records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes, even after an account is closed.

You can change your email address or close your account yourself on the Account page. When an account is closed, your designs, space photos and profile are permanently deleted; payment records are kept for accounting, with personal details removed from them.

You can also ask us to delete or send you a copy of your data at any time by emailing support@elevatedaffairs.app.

The service is intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Access to your data is protected by encrypted connections, signed-in-only database rules and server-side checks on every sensitive action. No service can promise perfect security, but we treat your event details and photos as private material and keep access to them as narrow as the service allows.

This policy may be updated as the studio evolves. The version shown here applies while it is published, and material changes will be noted on this page.
